Today, we secured a major victory against state overreach. A case that had lingered for four years was DISMISSED, with costs taxed as paid. This wasn’t just a win for a client; it was a win for the principle of Notice. As your next Representative for District 82, I believe that if the State expects you to follow the law, the State must follow the law itself. Whether it’s the ADOL or the Department of Education, accountability is a two-way street.
What this means for District 82:
Proven Legal Expertise: I don’t just study the law; I command it to protect our citizens.
Commitment to Fairness: We are stopping the “delayed justice” that plagues our rural communities.
Momentum: From registering 100+ students to winning in court, the “Solution” is moving forward.
Join us at the Black Belt Bridge Crossing Gala as we celebrate these milestones and continue our march toward a transparent, accountable Montgomery.
